HOLDS
'Holds' appear randomly throughout 3D Diamonds. 'Holds' allow you the opportunity to keep 1,2 or 3 reels still during your next spin to increase your chances of winning. When the 'hold' buttons are flashing, you must decide which, if any, of the reels you wish to hold.
To hold a reel move the mouse pointer to the hold button beneath the reel you want to hold and click your left mouse button.
To undo a hold simply left click on the 'Cancel' button. Once the holds are set left click on the 'Start' button to continue.
SHUFFLE
Occasionally when you have a hold you will see the shuffle button flashing, if there is nothing on the reels worth holding shuffle them. The same applies with nudges, but if you use the shuffle feature during nudges it will cost you one nudge.
GAMBLE
The gamble feature allows you to increase your winnings. This gamble feature occurs on every win. When the 'Double' and 'Nothing' windows flash you can either collect winnings by pressing the 'Collect' button or take a chance and gamble your win by left clicking on the 'Gamble' button.
If you decide to gamble and the 'Double' box lights up, then you have successfully gambled and may collect or continue to gamble further. If the 'Nothing' box lights up, you have lost the gamble and the game continues.
